Who we are

ALL KORRECT sells vintage clothing from Capitol Hill, Seattle. Questions about this page: hello@allkorrect.com.

What we collect

• Orders. Checkout runs on Stripe. We receive your name, email, shipping address and phone number if you give one, plus what you bought and what you paid. Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number. If you start checkout and leave without paying, Stripe passes us the email you typed; we use it only for the single reminder below, and only if you ticked the box.
• Messages and requests. When you send an inquiry, a reserve request or a sourcing request, we keep your name, email, business name if given, and your message.
• Email sign-up. If you sign up for new-piece emails, we keep your email address.
• Visit counter. We count page views: the page, the site you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and whether you are on mobile or desktop. Your browser keeps a random visitor number in local storage so repeat views aren’t double-counted. Our visit counter doesn’t record your IP address, and the site sets no cookies.
• Small browser flags. The site also keeps a few flags in your browser (for example, where your visit came from, or whether you’ve already signed up or closed the sign-up box) so it doesn’t keep asking. They stay on your device.

How we use it

• To ship or hand over your order and answer your questions.
• After a purchase: one email asking how the piece worked out.
• If you leave checkout without paying and ticked the box to hear from us: one reminder email about the piece, while it is still available.
• New-piece emails only if you signed up for them.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t run ad trackers on this site.

Who handles it for us

Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database), Resend (sending and receiving email), Google Gmail (where our order and message notifications arrive), Netlify (hosting this site), jsDelivr (serves one script the site uses) and Google Fonts (the site’s fonts). Like any web host, these services may log your IP address and browser when you load the site. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Our checkout reminder has a link to stop all email from us (and any new-piece emails will too), or just reply “stop”. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@allkorrect.com. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require; everything else is deleted on request.
